Born Interactive is looking for Digital Project Managers to plan, execute, and finalize Websites, Mobile applications and other digital solutions for local, regional and multinational clients.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver digital projects according to plans.
They will also define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout life cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop full scale project plans as well as define project tasks and resource requirements
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, project budget and resource allocation
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Quality assurance and control
- Identify areas of potential risk and provide guidance to engagement managers and project managers in identifying risk mitigation strategies
- Enforce company standard practices and methodologies across all projects
- Collaborate with multidiscipline team of professionals to ensure client objectives are met
- Is an integral part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and reports to PMO manager
- Suggest enhancement on project management process where applicable
Client Relationship Management:
- Closely communicate with clients and Account Managers on the project deliverables
- Manage client expectations and ensure that they are met within the scope of the project
- Lead client scoping meetings and participate in client kick off and status meetings
- Oversee all client communications in regard to their projects
- Maintain and enhance business relationships vital to the success of the project
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital project management position
- Passion for all things digital
- Familiar with Project Management philosophy, best practices and methodology and knowledge of a wide array of Web technologies
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, independent and responsive to feedback; has strong presentation skills; Proficient with MS Office applications; strong interpersonal capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills; prepared for fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
Compensation:
- Package is paid in fresh funds
- Full salary depends on competencies and qualifications
- After a 3-month probation period, private medical insurance coverage, full-fresh, within the company’s group insurance plan
Location:
Position based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel
