Born Interactive is looking for a Marketing and Growth Executive who will research, plan and execute clear marketing and communications strategies for the company, to drive growth and achieve breakthrough results.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire quickly adequate knowledge of the company’s products, services and portfolio
- Develop annual marketing plan detailing activities to follow during the year that meet organizational objectives.
- Manage delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed
- Manage/supervise the company engagement and conversations on social networks
- Write and distribute press releases
- Maintain and update the content of the company website, social network presence, as well as other online channels and initiatives that already exist or will be created in the future
- Maintain and update the content of the company brochure, corporate profile, references, and portfolio
- Maintain and update the company’s mailing database
- Participate and represent the organization in events, exhibitions, career fairs, etc.
- Manage third party involvement where applicable
- Work with management to achieve company’s business goals and targets
- Stay on track with emerging digital trends and culture
Requirements:
- BA or MA in Business Administration, Business Marketing or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Understands and uses data analytics to provide insights and propose activities that support business objectives and drive growth.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic. French is a plus
Compensation:
- Package is paid in fresh funds
- Full salary depends on competencies and qualifications
- After a 3-month probation period, private medical insurance coverage, full-fresh, within the company’s group insurance plan
Location:
Position based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel
Work From Home possible during Covid-19 outbreak
